Participants in our culinary programs are provided a wealth of information about the cuisines, cooking techniques and tools used in each working session. Most of this information can only be gathered if you join one of our workshops, but some of it is just too much fun not to pass along to every one. Some of the subject matter here is pure kitchen science; some just interesting stuff to know if you're going to move around your kitchen with a little more grace.
