Feast Vancouver offers One-Day and Three-Month culinary experiences for food enthusiasts, as well as Team Building Programs (designed around the culinary arts) for corporate clients. Each program is limited to ten students, thereby providing an intimate learning experience where all enthusiasts can enjoy hands-on training and

Your Chef and Guide to Feast Vancouver is Vancouver resident Ross Allen. His passion for food extends to French, Italian, Spanish, Cajun/Creole cuisines and, frankly, any food that draws family and friends to the dinner table. Ross travels the world to learn about techniques, cuisines and cultures that emphasize the importance of food as a catalyst for developing a strong family and community life. He is eager to share that concept with you, and to be your tour guide to Vancouver's rich food and wine culture.
