These culinary programs will encourage food enthusiasts to indulge the senses and bring a focus back to using food as a means to draw friends and family to the table. Six sessions, spread over a three-month period, will emphasize the mastery of technique, timing and tone.

Where the average cooking class is often a combination of watching and tasting, this series is designed to be highly inclusive. You are in fact being invited to prepare and enjoy a meal with the chef as if you have been invited to his home! From the simplest of techniques to the most sublime cuisines, you are involved. There will be a time for prep work, stock and sauce creation, a soup, a main, a side and dessert for the evening's feast.

Each evening spent together will focus on a different cuisine, culinary region of the world, recipes, cooking technique and technical primers to more fully appreciate what goes into a well prepared meal. In addition we will spend time on sensory training to stretch our abilities to differentiate the subtle nuisances in the food and ingredients we work with.
